Wooden Spoon with Ivy

Unglazed slipcast porcelain wooden spoon, originally used in my kitchen.  The unglazed spoon is then polished to create a pleasing eggshell texture which complements and contrasts with the glazed elements of the piece.

Decorated with Ivy sprig moulds, which are glazed.  Finally recycled copper telephone wire is used to sew the spoon.

Each of my Pantry with a Threatening Aura pieces is unique and handmade.
