Terms and Conditions for Little Baum Ceramics

1. Introduction
Welcome to Little Baum Ceramics!  By placing an order with me, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.  My ceramics are handcrafted with care, designed to bring beauty to your home - four collections with differing focuses: a Pantry with a Threatening Aura, Biscuits, Wall Plaques and Mugs.  Please read through my policies before making a purchase.

2. Orders and Payments
When you place an order with Little Baum Ceramics, you agree to purchase the items listed at the prices shown.  All orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Accepted Payment Methods:   I accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please reach out to me directly at info@littlebaumceramics.com

3. Shipping and Delivery
I want your artwork to arrive safely and promptly.

  • Shipping Locations: I currently ship within the The United Kingdom.  If you are outside of our shipping zones, please contact me to enquire about shipping.

  • Shipping Costs:  I offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.  Please contact me for commissions!

  • Shipping Carriers: I use Royal Mail for all shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location but typically range from 5–7 business days.

4. Returns and Refunds
I take great pride in my work and hope that you love your artwork as much as I do.   However, if you are not completely satisfied, I offer the following return policy :

  • Returns: I accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  To qualify for a return, the item must undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours with images of the damage, and I will arrange an exchange or refund.

  • Non-returnable Items: Commissions orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Product Descriptions and Availability
Each piece in my Pantry with a Threatening Aura collection is unique, so photo'd individually to ensure you know exactly what you are falling in love with.   The Mug, "Biscuit" and Wall Plaque collections are handmade and unique but advertised with stock photos -  so slight variations in colour, shape, and size are to be expected.

  • Product Availability: While I strive to keep our stock updated, some pieces may sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and suggest alternative items, offer a full refund or commit to a delivery date.

  • Commission Orders: I welcome commission orders! Please contact us to discuss your vision, and we will work together to create a piece tailored just for you. Commission pieces will take longer to complete—please allow extra time for production and delivery.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs and artwork created by Little Baum Ceramics are protected by copyright laws.  By purchasing from me, you agree not to reproduce or redistribute my designs without permission.

  • Exclusive Designs: Some items may be offered as limited editions. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

  • Use of Images: You may not use any images from my website or social media for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Liability and Warranty
I take every measure to ensure that your ceramics are carefully packaged and arrive in perfect condition. However, once an item is delivered, I am not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling or improper use.

8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to me.  I collect personal information (name, address, email, etc.) only for the purpose of processing your orders and providing customer service.  I will never share your information with third parties, except for necessary shipping purposes.

  • Email Newsletter: By purchasing from me, you agree to receive occasional emails about new products, promotions, and updates. You can opt out of these emails at any time.
