Spam Can with Foxglove

Unglazed slipcast porcelain Spam can.  The unglazed Spam can has been damaged and then polished to create a pleasing eggshell texture which complements and contracts with the glazed elements of the piece.

Decorated with Foxglove sprig moulds, which are glazed, as is the rim and the damage.  Finally the damaged is sewn back together using recycled copper telephone wire.

Each of my Pantry with a Threatening Aura pieces is unique and handmade.
