Hex Jam Jar with Ivy

Unglazed slipcast stoneware hexagonal jar - originally a jam jar from my local Coop! Once fired the jar has been damaged and then polished to create a pleasing eggshell texture which complements and contracts with the glazed elements of the piece.

Decorated with Ivy sprig moulds, which are glazed, as is the damage.

Each of my Pantry with a Threatening Aura pieces is unique and handmade.
