Mixing Spoon with Bella Donna

Unglazed slipcast porcelain mixing spoon, originally used in my kitchen.  The unglazed spoon is damaged and then polished to create a pleasing eggshell texture which complements and contrasts with the glazed elements of the piece.

Decorated with Bella Donna (Deadly Nightshade) sprig moulds, which are glazed.  Finally recycled copper telephone wire is used to join the spoon back together.

Each of my Pantry with a Threatening Aura pieces is unique and handmade.
