Little Woman - Baster with Teapot Lid Hat

Slipcast Porcelain Little Woman - constructed out of a Turkey Baster Bulb, Honey Wand and a Teapot Lid (for a hat).  The unglazed lady is slightly damaged and then polished to create a pleasing eggshell texture which complements and contrasts with the glazed elements of the piece.

The hat is glazed, as is part of her body.  Finally the damaged was sewn back together with recycled copper telephone wire.
